Overview

Knock is seeking a Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive to drive sales and adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™. You'll work in a B2B2C environment, partnering with mortgage lenders and real estate agents. This role requires a sales-driven mindset and experience in the mortgage industry.

Who you are

You are a sales-driven professional with a strong background in the mortgage industry, ideally with experience in wholesale lending. You understand the nuances of the home buying and selling process and are passionate about providing exceptional service to partners and clients alike. You thrive in a B2B2C environment, where collaboration with mortgage lenders and real estate agents is key to driving success. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively makes you a trusted partner in the home buying journey. You are results-oriented and motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of homeowners. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your approach and the experiences you provide.

Desirable

Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of driving adoption of financial products would be a plus. Familiarity with the Knock Bridge Loan™ or similar products can set you apart as a candidate. You are comfortable using CRM tools and data analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth. A background in customer service or account management can also enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive at Knock, you will be responsible for outbound sales efforts aimed at driving the adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™. You will engage with mortgage lenders and real estate agents, presenting the benefits of our innovative product and how it can enhance their offerings to clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to effectively promote the Knock Bridge Loan™. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align on strategies and share insights from the field. Your success will be measured by the volume of loans originated through your partnerships and the satisfaction of your partners and clients.
