DoorDash is hiring a Senior Associate for GTM Planning to support revenue operations through analytics and strategic planning. You'll work closely with various teams to drive sales compliance and planning. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data reporting.
You have 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, with a strong analytical background that allows you to provide insights and reporting for sales teams. You are proficient in SQL and have experience building dashboards to track team success and performance metrics. You understand the importance of data integrity and have worked with data teams to maintain quality standards across various data-related activities. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive alignment and efficiency in sales processes.
You are detail-oriented and can identify gaps in processes, helping to maintain compliance and support quota design, targets, and headcount planning. You are comfortable with forecasting and pipeline analysis, and you can communicate complex data insights to stakeholders effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to influence sales strategies and operations.
Experience with sales planning and compensation design is a plus, as is familiarity with revenue growth strategies. You may have worked in a tech or startup environment, where you have developed a keen understanding of how to drive revenue through effective sales processes. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, and you are open to feedback and mentorship from your peers and managers.
In this role, you will support the revenue organization by providing analytical insights and reporting that drive sales performance. You will build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics, helping the team understand their success and areas for improvement. You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure compliance with sales processes and assist in sales planning and compensation design. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying gaps in processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
You will collaborate with various teams, including Marketing and Product, to align on strategies that influence sales outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing data from multiple lead sources to provide insights into forecasting and pipeline analysis. You will also support headcount planning and budgeting efforts, ensuring that the revenue organization is well-equipped to meet its targets.
