Dropbox is seeking a Lead Technical Account Manager for the EMEA region to manage and grow a team of Solutions Consultants. You'll leverage your expertise in API integrations, AI technologies, and enterprise security to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in a global organization.
You have a proven track record in managing technical teams, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your leadership style focuses on coaching and mentorship, enabling your team to excel in their roles while achieving organizational goals. You possess deep technical expertise in API integrations, AI technologies, and enterprise security, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to both your team and clients.
Your experience in a global organization has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex sales motions and align closely with sales leads and the global Solutions organization. You are fluent in English and ideally have proficiency in an additional European language, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
You are familiar with tools and technologies such as Okta, Slack, and Snowflake, which are advantageous for this role. Your educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science, providing you with a solid foundation in technical concepts and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings. You are comfortable with customer interactions and can channel feedback effectively to influence product roadmaps and strategies.
As the Solutions Manager for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for managing and scaling the Solutions team into a world-class technical function. You will execute regional strategies in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams, driving revenue growth while ensuring that all sales engagements receive the necessary technical support.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to ensure technical alignment throughout the customer journey—from pre-sales to post-sales. Your role will involve introducing and supporting the adoption of new product offerings in the EMEA market, with a strong focus on AI and security solutions.
You will represent customer feedback and market needs back to Product and global leadership, influencing the roadmap and ensuring that customer needs are prioritized. Your ability to manage escalations and feedback will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement within the team.
