Overview

Asana is seeking a Channel Partner Manager to lead their Partner Program in the China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan region. You'll be responsible for building and managing partner relationships to drive business success. This role requires experience in channel partnerships and a strong ability to collaborate across teams.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in channel partnerships, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing partner ecosystems. Your ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners is key to your success. You understand the importance of metrics and are comfortable tracking performance in your assigned regions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including value-added resellers and tech integration partners.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the Asia-Pacific market. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of working across different cultures and business practices. A background in sales or business development will help you excel in this role, as will your ability to think strategically about partner engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and management of Asana's partner ecosystem in the China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan region. You will work closely with the Head of APJ Channel Partnerships to shape the future of the channel business. Your responsibilities will include tracking and reporting on key metrics to ensure the success of the partner program. You will act as the face of Asana for channel partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable growth through partnerships.
