What you'll do

As the Solutions Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading the Select & Territory Solutions Engineering teams. You will act as a technical leader, providing guidance and support to your team members as they tackle technical challenges. Your role will involve identifying gaps in processes and taking the initiative to build out programs that enhance the effectiveness of the Solutions Engineering team. You will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
