Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in account management or business development — you've successfully engaged with mid-sized and large businesses, understanding their unique needs and how to address them with tailored solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey the value of HubSpot's offerings to potential clients.

You are a proactive individual who thrives in a remote work environment — you are comfortable using various tools to manage your sales pipeline and collaborate with team members. Your ability to work independently while also being a team player is essential in this role.

You possess a deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals — you are familiar with both inbound and outbound sales strategies and can adapt your approach based on the situation. Your experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, gives you an edge in managing customer relationships effectively.

Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus — you understand the challenges and opportunities that come with selling software solutions. Familiarity with marketing and sales alignment will help you collaborate effectively with other teams at HubSpot.

What you'll do
