Businessolver is seeking a UX Designer to enhance digital user experiences for health benefits. You'll collaborate with Product Managers and developers to create frictionless designs. This role requires experience in user-centered design and strong communication skills.
You have a solid background in UX design, with experience in creating user-centered digital experiences that empower users to navigate complex systems. Your ability to adapt your design process without compromising quality is key, as you partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Development Managers to ensure that user feedback and business requirements are integrated into ongoing product updates. You are polished in presenting and communicating your design thinking and work to senior leaders, breaking down ambiguous asks into clear user experience outcomes. Your strong questioning skills allow you to engage deeply with subject matter experts, gathering insights that inform your design decisions.
Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with agile development processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are proactive in planning for visual, UX, and research needs, ensuring that the design process is seamless and effective.
In this role, you will be a major contributor to the development and optimization of Businessolver's digital platforms. You will facilitate and generate great digital user experiences, focusing on health benefits literacy and utilization. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. You will also be responsible for presenting your design concepts to stakeholders and iterating based on feedback to ensure the final product meets user needs and business goals.
