Block is seeking an Account Manager to support SMB merchants in Spain. You'll focus on retaining and growing Square's largest sellers. This role requires strong customer focus and a hands-on approach.

Who you are

You have a customer-focused mindset and are ready to engage with Square's largest sellers in Spain. Your energetic and hands-on approach allows you to go beyond typical job descriptions, ensuring that you retain and grow relationships with our SMB merchants. You understand the evolving landscape of commerce and are excited about helping sellers navigate their growth with integrated, omnichannel solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients is essential in this role.

Desirable

Experience in account management or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with financial services tools and payment solutions. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges as they arise. A background in technology or software solutions will help you understand the products and services Square offers, enabling you to provide the best support to our clients.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Block, you will be responsible for supporting our SMB merchants in Spain. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that help them succeed.
