What you'll do

As a Talent Management Intern at Xometry, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent management. You will support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration. You will assist with the administration of performance management tools and systems, ensuring that they are effectively utilized across the organization. You will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Analyzing employee feedback will be a key part of your role, as you identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of talent development projects, tracking project timelines and ensuring successful completion.
