You have a strong background in people operations, with experience in managing department operations and supporting strategic initiatives. Your ability to partner closely with senior leadership allows you to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, making you a valuable asset to the team.

You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to track budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships effectively. Your experience in governance practices ensures that department operations run smoothly and efficiently. You are also adept at fostering collaboration across teams, acting as a force multiplier to enhance internal coordination and communication.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the execution and audit of department governance practices, ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols. You will track department budgets and contracts, collaborating with the finance team to provide accurate monthly and quarterly reports. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently.

You will work closely with the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, providing operational support to the People Team and contributing to the execution of strategic priorities. Your ability to drive cross-functional projects will be crucial in enhancing internal coordination and communication across the organization.

You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the People Operations team. Your insights and recommendations will help shape the future direction of the department, ensuring that it aligns with the overall goals of the organization.
