What you'll do

As a Senior Associate in M&A Diligence at Teamshares, you will lead and execute financial due diligence for potential acquisitions. You will be responsible for evaluating small businesses, analyzing their financial statements, and identifying key insights that will inform investment decisions. You will collaborate closely with the Transaction team to ensure that all aspects of the due diligence process are conducted efficiently and effectively.
