Airwallex is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their FX Product team to drive product strategy and execution. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions. This role requires strong product management experience and a passion for fintech.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the fintech space, where you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that align with business goals, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams. You possess a deep understanding of financial products and services, particularly in foreign exchange, and are adept at translating complex concepts into actionable strategies. Your ability to prioritize effectively ensures that you focus on the most impactful projects, driving results that matter to the business. You are motivated by the mission of empowering businesses through innovative financial solutions and are eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.
Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing is a plus, as is familiarity with agile development processes. A background in working with cross-functional teams in a global context will help you navigate the complexities of product management at Airwallex.
