What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the Commercials Union Payroll team, ensuring accurate payroll processing and timely remittances. You will serve as the subject-matter expert for commercials, leveraging your deep knowledge of AICP and PHBP agreements to guide operational decisions. You will manage the payroll team, providing leadership and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with union regulations, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries from cast and crew. You will also analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the overall efficiency of the payroll process.
