Job Description

Prime Video Europe is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced marketing manager to play a critical role in developing, governing and delivering results via our Performance Marketing channel. This role is responsible for delivering our strategy across performance marketing, including the ideation, experimentation and optimization of new opportunities in the performance marketing space. The scope of this role focuses on delivering against key business goals, while also innovating and finding efficiencies through the development and management of a multi-year strategy and roadmap. This is an incredible opportunity for a proven marketeer to think big while innovating on behalf of our customers. This role presents intellectual, technical, and operational challenges with significant opportunity for business impact in more than 20 countries and across many different languages.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive growth and optimize the performance marketing channels (Search, Outbound, SEO and Mobile display) across >20 locales.
- Run experiments to deliver incremental HVAs and support key customer/business objectives.
- Apply measurement and strict financial stewardship in channel management.
- Audit and test to establish additional growth opportunities.
- Standardize team processes and offshore/automate BAU tasks, to free up time to concentrate on deeper channel analysis and experimentation opportunities.

A day in the life
The Marketing Manager will be part of the performance marketing team responsible for delivering against ambitious goals for the channels, contributing to the strategy, innovation and execution of dynamic plans that operate with the agility and scale of Amazon. You must be results orientated and measure success with facts and data. Close partnership with leaders and organizations outside of your immediate team will be essential, as you will compile and communicate performance data and innovative new solutions that will influence decisions at the senior level in Prime Video. Your analytical skills, strong business judgement, and relentless focus on core inputs will make you a critical partner to marketing, product and business teams from across the Prime Video & Studios organization worldwide.- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
