Your ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives is exceptional, allowing you to effectively communicate insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, bridging the gap between technical actuarial teams and corporate finance. Your experience includes supporting quarterly earnings and executive reporting, ensuring that financial narratives align with company objectives. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and are adaptable to changing work models.

What you'll do

What we offer

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $172,800 - $226,800 per year, reflecting the importance of this leadership role. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from Dallas, TX, with potential future hybrid models.
