Delinea is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to be a key technical partner within their Customer Success teams. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and success. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in customer-facing positions.
You have a strong technical background and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a focus on identity security or related technologies. You understand the importance of customer success and are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals with the products you support. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are skilled at providing solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Experience with identity security solutions or cloud-native platforms is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and their application in customer success can set you apart. You may also have a background in technical support or engineering, which will help you understand the technical aspects of the solutions you will be supporting.
As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Delinea, you will be embedded within regional Customer Success teams, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure that clients are getting the most out of Delinea's Identity Security Platform. You will provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them navigate the complexities of identity management and security. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize the platform effectively. You will also gather feedback from customers to relay to the product team, helping to shape future developments and enhancements.
