What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage strategic IT and digital projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all markets where Doctolib operates. You will act as the go-to expert for procurement contracts, negotiating terms with suppliers and partners to protect the company's interests. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and safeguarding Doctolib's intellectual property portfolio, which encompasses trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and open-source considerations. You will take full ownership of drafting and regularly updating the company's Terms & Conditions, collaborating closely with legal and product teams to capture innovation needs. Additionally, you will advise on various data protection and privacy topics, ensuring that all digital initiatives comply with applicable laws. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Doctolib's approach to AI and digital matters, contributing to the company's transformative journey in the healthcare sector.
