What you'll do

As a Senior QA Engineer at Xepelin, you will lead the quality assurance efforts for our digital banking products. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, estimating timelines, and providing guidance to your team on QA processes and automation techniques. Your role will involve developing and implementing testing strategies that ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with development teams to identify potential issues early in the development cycle and advocate for best practices in software testing.

You will also play a key role in mentoring junior QA engineers, helping them grow their skills and understanding of quality assurance. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our products, as you will ensure that we deliver reliable and efficient solutions to our clients. You will be involved in continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing testing processes and outcomes to identify areas for enhancement.
