What you'll do

As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for creating a transformative experience for every customer that visits the store. You will build connections with customers through product education and operational excellence. You will take ownership of the offline touchpoint for the brand, using it as an opportunity to foster a stronger Away community. You will assist in managing store operations, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized, and that all customers receive the highest level of service. You will also be involved in training new team members and helping to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
