What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of candidate contacts, ensuring that each interaction is handled with urgency and satisfaction. You will engage with candidates through various channels, including email, chat, phone, and SMS, providing top-tier support and resolving complex issues that may hinder their progress to their first day at Amazon. Your responsibilities will include managing internal and external candidate referrals, standardizing candidate messaging, and collecting actionable data on candidate issues to improve the hiring process. You will work closely with local HR teams to alleviate technical barriers and enhance the overall candidate experience.
