Upstart is hiring a Senior Designer for their Lifecycle team to enhance user experience and brand impact. You'll collaborate with Product and Lifecycle Marketing teams, leveraging skills in design tools like Figma. This role requires significant experience in design.
You have 5+ years of experience in design, particularly in creating user-centered solutions that drive engagement and conversion. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that highlight your ability to elevate brand identity and user experience across various platforms. You are proficient in Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and usability testing. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and ensure that design aligns with business goals. You are passionate about creating inclusive and accessible designs that cater to diverse user needs. You understand the importance of data-driven design and are comfortable using analytics to inform your decisions.
As a Senior Designer at Upstart, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our Lifecycle initiatives. You will partner closely with the Product and Lifecycle Marketing teams to design impactful solutions that enhance user engagement and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback.
