What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with leaders across Netflix to understand their data needs and provide insights that inform their decision-making processes. You will analyze employee feedback and survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to shape the company's talent strategy. Your work will involve collaborating closely with the Global Business Practices teams to ensure that the insights you generate are aligned with organizational goals.

You will be responsible for maintaining the health and quality of people data, which is critical for generating accurate insights. This will involve implementing data governance practices and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
