Databricks is hiring a Strategic Core Account Executive to lead go-to-market campaigns in Fortune 500 accounts. You'll leverage your expertise in Big Data and Advanced Analytics to drive value-based growth. This role requires a strong background in sales and customer engagement.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in leading go-to-market campaigns, particularly within Fortune 500 accounts. Your ability to sell innovation and drive change is complemented by your deep understanding of products, allowing you to effectively communicate value to customers and system integrators. You possess a strong point of view on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, which informs your strategic execution and enables you to provide genuine value to clients. You thrive in building relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and IT executives, and are adept at navigating complex sales cycles to compress decision-making timelines.

Desirable

Experience in the Unified Data Analytics and AI space is a plus, as is familiarity with the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical. You are creative and execution-oriented, ready to maximize market opportunities and expand the Databricks footprint into new business units and use cases. Your passion for understanding customer needs and driving value-based growth sets you apart in a competitive landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a strategic enterprise client within the CPG vertical, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. You will drive value-based growth within the account, ensuring that you exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. Your responsibilities will include tracking all customer details and guiding deals forward to facilitate quicker decision cycles.
