Overview

Microsoft is hiring an Account Manager to deepen customer relationships and drive technology transformation in KSA and UAE. You'll engage with customers to develop account plans and ensure revenue targets are met.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, with experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. You understand the importance of being customer-focused and can connect clients with key stakeholders within Microsoft. Your ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer industries allows you to identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization solutions. You are proactive in engaging with customers, leading strategic technology transformations, and ensuring their business needs are met.

You excel at developing and executing account plans for multiple accounts, setting priorities, and allocating resources effectively. Your strong operational skills enable you to expand your network of internal partners, ensuring the execution of core tasks and account transactions. You are adept at anticipating customer satisfaction issues, determining root causes, and establishing recovery action plans to enhance the overall customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the account management efforts for assigned territories, including KSA and UAE. You will engage with customers to deepen relationships and educate decision-makers on Microsoft's value proposition, aligning it with their business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to secure buy-in and executing plans that identify new opportunities within your accounts. You will orchestrate extended virtual teams and collaborate with key stakeholders who possess deep industry expertise to expand customer relationships.

You will proactively build and maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape and solutions relevant to your customers' industries. Your role will involve leading strategic discussions with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive their technology transformation. You will also be responsible for monitoring account performance and ensuring that Microsoft revenue targets are met.
