What you'll do
In this position, you will take the lead in configuring Workday Financials, ensuring that enhancements and improvements are effectively tested and documented. You will work closely with Finance, Sourcing, and TechOps teams to develop a cohesive technology landscape that integrates seamlessly with business processes. Your role will involve partnering with various business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improving employee experiences through technology. You will also lead decision-making processes regarding business process design and architecture, as well as oversee training and change management activities. Managing release cycles of new functionalities will be a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the technology landscape runs smoothly and efficiently. You will support users by investigating and addressing issues, collaborating with vendors when necessary to resolve challenges.
