You are an organized and process-driven individual with experience in talent acquisition, either from an agency background or in a fast-paced internal role. You thrive in environments where you can provide a seamless candidate experience, guiding applicants from application through to onboarding. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and support various teams makes you a valuable asset to the People team at Splend. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers across different teams to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
