What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in an extensive 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a shift manager. After your training, you will take on leadership responsibilities for your own team, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition. You will enforce safety regulations and environmental protection measures, making sure that your team adheres to all compliance standards. You will analyze key performance indicators related to safety, productivity, and quality, using this data to recommend and implement process improvements. Leading and training a team of up to 100 employees, you will conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to foster a positive work environment. You will also collaborate on cross-site projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your role will involve effective resource and workflow management, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
