You will analyze key performance indicators related to safety, productivity, and quality, using this data to recommend and implement process improvements. Leading and training a team of up to 100 employees, you will conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to foster a positive work environment. You will also collaborate on cross-site projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
