This role requires 8-11 years of experience in a customer-facing position, particularly in pre-sales with enterprise software.
You have 8 to 11 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on pre-sales in enterprise software for at least 5 to 7 years. Your technical background includes a minimum of 3 years of experience with modern scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, and SQL, as well as popular programming languages like C++, Java, and C#. You have a proven track record of designing scalable and highly available distributed systems, both in the cloud and on-premises. Your ability to work closely with customers to review complex architectures and provide guidance is a key strength. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy being a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, from startups to large enterprises.
Experience with MongoDB's data platform is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.
