You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques is a plus. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and equipment used in automotive painting will help you excel in this role. A willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential, especially if you are starting in an entry-level position.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. You will utilize your skills in buffing and touch-up painting to ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. You will also be involved in paint mixing and using airbrush techniques to achieve the desired finish. Your role will require attention to detail and a commitment to quality, as you will be working on vehicles that are crucial to customer satisfaction.

You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will have access to state-of-the-art tools and equipment. Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience, as you help deliver vehicles that are not only visually appealing but also meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that the painting process runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the team.
