As an ICQA Area Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of hourly associates, including team leads and data analysts, focusing on inventory control and quality assurance. Your responsibilities will include conducting shift planning and forecasting, assigning and directing work, and overseeing projects aimed at streamlining processes. You will collaborate with operations and support teams to establish and influence policies and procedures, ensuring that your team delivers on customer obsession.
