You are comfortable working remotely and are based in the PST or MST time zones in the United States. What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the Director of Legal and play a critical role in supporting Tines' contracting efforts and commercial transactions across multiple regions. You will be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. You will collaborate with various teams, including sales and operations, to provide legal guidance that aligns with business objectives. Your ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice will be essential in helping Tines achieve its goals. You will also be responsible for staying updated on relevant laws and regulations that impact the business, ensuring that Tines remains compliant as it grows.
