What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the Renewals Team and handle personal inboxes, ensuring that all incoming requests are addressed promptly. You will identify customer issues and direct them to the appropriate departments, such as sales or support, to facilitate a smooth resolution process. Understanding the SolarWinds Renewal value and process is crucial, as you will need to explain this to both customers and partners. You will work closely with external partners on renewals-related issues, overcoming challenges and objections to ensure successful renewal completions. Additionally, you will ensure that all orders received are correct and forwarded to the finance team for processing, while also representing SolarWinds in a professional manner.
