Multiverse is seeking a Senior Learning Programme Designer to lead the design of curricula and learning experiences focused on AI and tech skills. This role requires collaboration with various teams to develop effective learning materials.
You have extensive experience in designing educational programs, particularly in the fields of AI and technology. Your background includes working with diverse teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences that meet both internal and external standards. You are familiar with regulatory requirements and understand how to incorporate them into your designs. You possess a deep understanding of instructional design principles and are adept at utilizing AI tools to enhance the learning process. Your ability to collaborate with product owners, instructional designers, and contractors ensures that the materials you create are not only high-quality but also tailored to the needs of learners at various stages of their careers.
