Google is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative for their Google Cloud team to manage growth strategies for Financial Services Industry accounts. You'll leverage your experience in client sales and relationship management, focusing on SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS products. This role requires 10 years of experience in technology sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in sales within the technology industry, specifically with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) products and platforms. Your background includes client sales or management, and you possess a strong understanding of customer and relationship management, particularly in the Financial Services Industry (FSI). You are knowledgeable about Generative AI solutions and have the ability to engage effectively with developer audiences as well as C-level Information Technology (IT) and business leaders. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at driving business goals amidst change.
Experience in FSI sales is a plus, as is familiarity with technology-using platforms. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with executives will be crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for facilitating the business cycle and presenting insights to founders and C-level executives.
In this role, you will manage the growth strategy for Financial Services Industry accounts, leveraging your extensive experience to engage with executives and build on existing relationships. You will collaborate with customer engineers and Google partners to maximize results in your territory and discover new projects within assigned accounts. Your responsibilities will include driving business development, delivering accurate forecasts, and achieving goals by guiding customers through the entire business cycle. You will play a key role in understanding the needs of customers and helping shape the future of how businesses utilize technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.
