The candidate should also have demonstrated an ability to influence Finance and business leaders, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment. - Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including simplification and automation of key FP&A processes, enhancing efficiency for internal and external partners in partnership with the S&A team
- Positively contribute to work/life harmony on your team through seeking, valuing, and leveraging diverse perspectives.
