You have 1-2 years of experience in B2B operations, ideally in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management within the retail or food industry. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are proactive in following up on assigned tasks to ensure timely resolutions. You understand the importance of data analysis and reporting in supporting account strategies and decision-making.
As an Account Coordinator at Uber, you will play a crucial role in supporting Account Managers in driving restaurant expansion and growth across the Uber Eats MX marketplace. You will assist account managers with setup, administrative tasks, and operational support to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the end-to-end creation of additional locations, ensuring accurate setup, documentation, and timely readiness for go-live. You will act as a point of contact for key partners, resolving basic issues and escalating more complex matters as needed. Managing and maintaining accurate records, contracts, and client documentation will be part of your daily tasks. You will proactively follow up on assigned tasks to ensure prompt resolution and coordinate internal processes to ensure seamless execution of client and merchant needs. Additionally, you will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance account performance, generating reports and insights from data to support account strategies and decision-making.
