About the team
The Risk Insights and Defect Elimination Program (RIDE) identifies and tracks defects and gaps in abuse detection, enforcement, and prevention mechanisms discovered through incidents managed by the Risk Mitigation, Escalation Reduction, and Quality Assurance (REs-Q) Teams. Each identified root cause (RC) is tracked in the RIDE portfolio along with its corresponding preventative actions (PA), owners, and Expected Completion Dates (ECDs).- 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information- 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
