Overview
Mimica is seeking a VP of Sales to build and scale their enterprise revenue engine. You'll partner with the CEO to evolve the go-to-market strategy and drive significant revenue growth. This role requires extensive experience in enterprise sales leadership.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth in a technology-focused environment. With at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, you understand the complexities of multi-stakeholder deals and have successfully navigated them in the past. You are hands-on and ready to take ownership of the sales process, ensuring that your team operates efficiently and effectively. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and accountability, enabling your team to meet and exceed sales targets. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your strategies and improve sales performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with the challenges that come with scaling a sales organization.
Desirable
Experience in AI or automation technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with building sales processes from the ground up. You have a strong network within the enterprise sector and can leverage relationships to drive new business opportunities. A background in working towards Series C funding or similar growth phases will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the enterprise revenue delivery as Mimica scales from approximately $13M ARR toward $40M+. You will operationalize a repeatable sales motion that includes BDR-led outbound efforts, events, and value-driven proof of concepts. Your day-to-day will involve stepping into complex deals, ensuring executive alignment before POCs, and tightening qualification standards to improve sales velocity. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to evolve the go-to-market strategy, improve forecast accuracy, and build a robust sales organization. You will also mentor and develop your sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
