LendingTree is seeking a Licensing Analyst to manage state and local licensing applications for lending and insurance activities. You'll work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You have experience in managing licensing applications and understand the regulatory landscape for lending and insurance businesses. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You are comfortable working with legal and compliance teams, providing support and guidance on licensing requirements. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and can navigate complex regulatory communications with ease. You are committed to maintaining compliance and ensuring that all licensing activities are conducted in accordance with state laws.
In this role, you will prepare, coordinate, and maintain various state and local licensing applications for LendingTree's lending and insurance-related business activities. You will assist in filing licensing applications and renewals through the NMLS online system, ensuring that all loan officer licenses are up to date. You will maintain active insurance licenses for applicable states and coordinate with accounting for filing year-end financial statements with state regulators. You will oversee communications with state regulators regarding licensing applications and handle escalated licensing matters. Additionally, you will review proposed and recently enacted legislation and regulatory guidance to keep the organization informed of any changes that may impact licensing initiatives.
