In this role, you will be responsible for all parts of the campus recruiting lifecycle, which includes organizing and leading on-campus events to attract top talent. You will drive a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, ensuring that Stripe's values are reflected in the recruitment process. Building relationships with internal stakeholders will be crucial as you collaborate closely with Stripe’s engineering organization to understand their hiring needs and align your recruiting efforts accordingly. You will manage the global internship program, providing a structured and supportive experience for interns while ensuring they contribute meaningfully to the team. Your role will also involve branding efforts to enhance Stripe's presence on campuses, showcasing the opportunities available for students and recent graduates. You will continuously iterate on recruiting processes, seeking feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the candidate experience.
