DataCamp is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to build and scale their Professional Services business. You'll engage with senior executives to diagnose skill gaps and co-design learning solutions. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in professional services or educational technology. Your consultative selling skills allow you to engage effectively with senior executives, helping them identify organizational skill gaps and shape tailored learning solutions. You embody DataCamp's core values of data-driven decision-making, action, transparency, and ownership, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
You are adept at diagnosing client needs and co-designing multi-phase programs that upskill entire teams and functions. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively makes you an effective partner in driving client success. You are passionate about data literacy and understand the transformative power of education in the workplace.
Experience in selling high-value transformational programs or services is a plus. Familiarity with data science and analytics education will help you connect with clients and articulate the value of DataCamp's offerings. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
In this role, you will play a foundational part in building and scaling DataCamp's new Professional Services business. You will position DataCamp as a strategic upskilling partner, selling high-value transformational programs that combine our platform with live instruction and expert-led masterclasses. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their unique challenges and crafting tailored solutions that meet their needs.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Professional Services and other team members to develop and refine service offerings. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. You will also be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process.
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will leverage your expertise to mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices and strategies for success. You will contribute to the overall sales strategy and help shape the future direction of DataCamp's Professional Services.
