Upstart is seeking a Principal Mobile Software Engineer to lead the development of their mobile platform. You'll work with React Native and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. This role requires significant experience in mobile software engineering.
You have extensive experience in mobile software engineering, particularly with React Native, and have a proven track record of leading technical direction and mentoring other engineers. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver impactful features that enhance user experience. Your ability to define technical strategies and improve developer experience sets you apart as a leader in mobile development.
You are passionate about building scalable mobile architectures and have a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
