You are proficient in SQL and Python, and you understand the intricacies of A/B testing and data analysis. You have a knack for translating complex data into strategic recommendations that drive product innovation. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can tackle open-ended questions with a structured approach. You are passionate about using data to influence product roadmaps and guide critical decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to various teams, using data to influence the roadmap and guide decisions for critical features and future innovations. You will lead complex analytical initiatives, owning and executing end-to-end analyses on large-scale datasets to generate foundational insights on advertiser value and rider behavior. You will innovate in the mobility ads space, proactively identifying and investigating complex questions using a variety of analytical techniques. Your work will directly impact how ads are integrated across the Uber Rides app, ensuring that the ads are relevant and engaging for users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new ad formats and optimize existing ones, contributing to the growth of Uber's advertising business. You will also be involved in presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders, helping to shape the strategic direction of the Mobility Ads and Offers team.
