Samsara is hiring a Senior Systems Analyst for their Customer Success team to enhance customer journey systems and processes. You'll work with Gainsight and Salesforce to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires experience in systems analysis and administration.
You have a strong background in systems analysis and administration, with at least 5 years of experience in roles that involve managing customer success technologies. Your expertise includes working with Gainsight and Salesforce, and you understand how to leverage these tools to improve customer journeys. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify and resolve issues efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. You are passionate about using technology to drive customer success and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and improvement.
Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) is a plus, as is familiarity with other post-sales tech stacks. You have a proactive approach to learning new systems and tools, and you are comfortable adapting to changing technologies and processes. Your communication skills are strong, enabling you to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of Gainsight, ensuring that the system is configured to meet the needs of the Customer Success team. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer journey from onboarding to renewal. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and you will work closely with the Customer Success team to implement solutions that drive customer satisfaction. You will also participate in training sessions to educate team members on best practices for using customer success technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new features and enhancements within the systems you manage, ensuring they align with the overall goals of the organization.
