Desirable

Experience in a trading environment or familiarity with asset classes such as Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities, and Energy would be beneficial. What you'll do

As an Operations Specialist at DRW, you will be responsible for T-0 trade bookings and ensuring that all trades are accurately captured and reconciled. You will engage in profit-and-loss calculation and analysis, providing critical insights to support the firm’s trading activities. Your role will involve regular interaction with various teams, including trading, treasury, and operations, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will be expected to maintain a high degree of professionalism while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with front office personnel will be essential in fostering collaboration across departments. You will also take on responsibilities related to treasury operations, further enhancing your skill set and contributing to the firm's overall success.
