Customer Delivery Driver

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating positive experiences for customers. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and contribute to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers, answering any questions they may have and providing them with the information they need to feel confident in their purchase. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that foster goodwill and trust. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7am to 9pm, including weekends, as you help deliver happiness to customers.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can expect to see your pay increase as you progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days. In your first year, you could see your hourly rate rise to $20.25/hr based on your performance.
