RAPP is seeking a Senior UX Designer to create impactful, user-centered experiences for world-class clients. You'll work on enterprise-scale design systems and innovative AI-driven solutions. This role requires a strong background in UX design and proficiency in Figma.
You are a Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that enhance user experiences. You have a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies, and you are proficient in using design tools like Figma to bring your ideas to life. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user needs are met while aligning with business goals. You have experience in designing for enterprise-scale systems and are familiar with the latest trends in UX design, including AI-driven solutions. You are passionate about creating inclusive and accessible designs that cater to diverse user needs.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing is a plus. Familiarity with front-end development concepts can enhance your collaboration with developers. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and knowledge.
