You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector, with at least 5 years of experience driving revenue in complex, compliance-driven environments. Your expertise in federal sales lifecycle management—from strategic account planning to contract award—sets you apart as a leader in your field. You thrive in mission-critical situations, understanding the nuances of selling to federal civilian agencies and DoD components. Your ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders is paramount, as you navigate the intricacies of government procurement processes. In this role, you will own the full sales lifecycle for Resilinc’s AI-powered supply chain risk and resilience platform, focusing on federal agencies and defense organizations. You will identify and shape opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and engage with key stakeholders to drive net-new and expansion revenue. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients, crafting tailored proposals, and presenting solutions that address the unique challenges faced by public sector organizations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively. As a quota-carrying senior role, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. You will also contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices, sharing insights with your team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
