You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in B2B environments, and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. You thrive in a role where you can engage with mid-sized customers, helping them understand the value of IoT solutions. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes and build relationships with multiple stakeholders is key to your success. You are comfortable negotiating pricing and presenting to executives and CXOs, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the benefits of Samsara's offerings. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a real-world impact in industries that are crucial to our economy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales within the public sector, focusing on mid-sized customers. You will engage with potential clients to demonstrate how Samsara's Connected Operations™ Cloud can transform their operations through actionable insights derived from IoT data. Your typical sales engagements will involve transactions ranging from $20k to $250k, requiring you to manage proof of concepts and navigate multi-faceted pricing negotiations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that you are delivering tailored solutions that drive value. Your role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring that you are positioned as a trusted advisor in the IoT space.
