Who you are

You have experience in user-facing support roles, ideally within creative tooling, AI, or design-focused companies. You enjoy engaging with creative communities and have a knack for providing thoughtful and empathetic support to users. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to clarify product behavior and help users succeed in their creative endeavors. You are comfortable troubleshooting issues and reproducing bugs, effectively communicating problems and patterns to product and engineering teams. You are proactive in defining and improving support operations, including workflows and internal documentation. You have a passion for scaling support intelligently through better processes and tooling, and you are open to exploring automation where appropriate.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Manager at Krea, you will be the primary point of contact for users, providing fast and thoughtful support via email and Discord. You will actively engage in our Discord community, answering questions and clarifying product behavior to help users succeed. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues and reproducing bugs, ensuring that you communicate problems and patterns clearly to the product and engineering teams. You will also help define and improve support operations, focusing on workflows, internal documentation, and tooling. Your contributions will be vital in scaling support intelligently, enhancing user experience through better processes and automation where suitable.
